Orders and Shipping
Order Processing
- Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order after placing it.
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders funded through Paypal are required to be transferred to our account first prior to shipping.
- Please make sure your address and information are updated in Paypal or in any of your payment methods.
- All payment methods are charged right after checkout is completed to prevent fraud.
- If your bank statement reflects a charge from us without your knowledge, please contact your financial institution right away, and please contact us right away so we can cancel the order.
Shipping
- Shipping options are all flat rate prices to ship within the 48 states.
- Customers/Resellers who want to use their own shipping account are more than welcome to do so. Please email [email protected] and use the order number and order name in the subject line.
- Customers/Resellers who want to ship to a destination outside the 48 states are more than welcome to email us at [email protected] and use the order number and order name in the subject line.
Terms of Acceptance
- Once delivery is accepted, customer will be liable for the items/order received.
- Please inspect the items/order carefully upon acceptance of the order.
- Customer is only allowed 7 days upon receipt of items/order to notify us of errors or any issues.
- In case of charge backs, and refunds, the customer agrees to return the items/order untampered and in its original packaging.
- If the items/order cannot be returned, the customer shall pay for the full amount of the items/order.
Shipping Error
- M2 USA will not be liable to products shipped to the wrong address.
- M2 USA will not be liable as well to packages redirected and returned to us for missing information.
- We will do our best to confirm correct shipping addresses during processing.
- Please make sure to double check your order before confirming.

Returns/Refund Policy
- Returns/Refunds are allowed only within 3 days after delivery.
- Product must still be sealed and it its original packaging
- We require the receipt or proof of purchase
- When approved, we will send a shipping label for your return shipment
- Please send return/refund requests prior to sending items back.
- Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the item.
- Once approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method and can take some time to post.

Change of Delivery Address
- Please contact us at [email protected] and use the order number and order name in the subject line within 24 hours after placing and order and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
Damages
- Please inspect items in your order upon delivery and contact us immediately.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
- Best way for exchanges is to reorder your item after we process your return/refund request.
